Volunteer to help with the concerts! Get a free ticket!
Volunteers make a huge contribution to the success of the concerts each year. At least 8 - 10 are needed for each show - for ushering, refreshments, etc. Volunteers will be rewarded for their efforts with a free ticket to the Saturday or Sunday concert. The free ticket can be used by anyone - not just the volunteer. Volunteers should not plan on watching the concert at which they are working!
Volunteers will be asked to select their choice of a Saturday or Sunday ticket when they volunteer - by Nov. 22nd at the latest in any case. (If a volunteer chooses to work at both performances, he or she may request 2 tickets.) An on-line application form is below.
If you have any questions or concerns, please use the Special Instructions form, below, or contact Chris Coletta, at [email protected]

Volunteer Job Descriptions
If you are considering helping with the 2015 Christmas Concerts at Andover High School, thank you! Like all community organizations, we depend on volunteers to fill important roles that most members of the audience take for granted. But, rest assured, the job is important, and we are very grateful for your assistance!
Volunteers for the concerts are asked to work for the entire concert, arriving approximately 60 minutes before the concert and remaining about 30 minutes after, if it all possible. As a token of appreciation, each volunteer will receive one ticket for either concert. The ticket can be used by yourself or anyone else. Obviously, you should not plan to use your ticket to watch the concert at the performance for which you are volunteering!
Volunteers will be asked to perform one (or possibly a combination of both, depending on need) of the following general roles:
Ushering (to include some or all of these tasks)
Refreshments (to include some or all of these tasks)
Please arrive as punctually as possible, because a brief orientation session will take place as soon as the majority of volunteers have arrived each day.
